Meet the pack’s Fitness Coach

Coach Kimberly began her martial arts journey at Lone Wolf in 2020 to improve her health and quickly lost nearly 70 pounds through commitment, nutrition, and kickboxing. Her transformation turned into a passion for coaching, and by 2021 she was leading classes. In 2023, she became Head Cardio Kickboxing Coach.

Kimberly brings high energy, motivation, and a “1% better every day” mindset to every class. She’s proof that your fitness goals are within reach — and that Lone Wolf isn’t just a gym, it’s a supportive community where real change happens.

Don’t let the small town feel fool you, Lone Wolf Jujitsu is world class. I have trained at many gyms; Extreme Couture in Vegas, Lavin Jujitsu in the Bay and Valente Brothers Jujitsu out of Puerto Rico and was a wrestler and a wrestling couch for Sierra Vista High School. The training here is outstanding. Both my kids and my wife train here as well. Professor Don is a proven competitor who earned his Jujitsu Black belt from Rigan Machado. We are blessed he decided to move here and open up the studio.
